How to take body measurements

Bust: Place the tape measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust – the tape measure should go horizontally around the body, across your back and shoulder blades, parallel to the floor.

Waist: Measure around your body at the smallest part of your waist area.

Hips: With feet together, measure around your body at the fullest part of your buttocks.
