Delivery times vary depending on your location, however orders normally take 3 to 10 working days from date of order.
New Zealand:
A flat rate of AUD $15.00 is offered on all purchases to customers in New Zealand. All parcels have end-to-end tracking.
All other International:
A flat rate of AUD $25.00 is offered on all purchases to customers in all other International Destinations. Parcels are tracked when going to the following countries: UK, USA, Singapore, Germany, Ireland, Malaysia, Israel, Spain, China and Canada. To international destinations where Australia Post does not provide tracking, a delivery confirmation service is provided.
Shipping rates cover the cost of transportation only. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the contents of all packages destined outside of Australia and subsequently these may be subject to local import duties and taxes levied by the carrier / postal service on behalf of the local customs authority at their destination. The customer (importer) is responsible for any customs duties, taxes and / or government charges payable upon delivery, should they apply. If unsure, check with your local Customs office prior to placing an order.

If the goods, hangtags or packaging have been damaged in any way or have been worn, we cannot accept them.
In the case where returned goods are deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund. Monies will be refunded into the back account from which the original payment was received.
In the case of unavailable stock on an exchange item, a credit or refund will be offered.

A self-addressed return satchel is recommended to be included in the parcel sent to us for any exchanges. If not, a return freight fee will be incurred.
Engynir cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit, so it is recommended you send back all exchanges / returns via registered post.
